Jamie is part of a church planting team in the earthquake affected region of Turkey (which happened February 2023). Currently there is a service on Sundays, a weekly life group as well as Life Center classes (music, art, English, sports etc.) The goal is to bring the love, light and hope of Jesus to the community. Jamie’s heart is to see women draw near to God, be healed and made whole, becoming all that God has created them to be.  She has started and leads a women’s ministry.  She is also working on an idea to create a sustainable business in order to help support the rebuilding of the city.
